How to report a non-compliant product

If you believe a product listed or sourced through CNCartGo is non-compliant, counterfeit, infringing, or otherwise prohibited, please report it to us. Every report is reviewed and appropriate action is taken in line with our policies.

What to include in your report

• Product link (URL) or order number
• Merchant / shop name
• Issue type: counterfeit or infringing / prohibited item / misleading listing / other
• Description of the issue
• Supporting evidence (photos, screenshots or documents)
• Your contact email

How to submit

Send your report with the details above to support@cncartgo.com with the subject line "Non-Compliant Product Report". Our team reviews reports and responds within 5 business days.

The information you provide is used only to investigate and handle your report. We do not share your personal details with third parties except as needed to process the report or as required by law.
